Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Clume Health collects, uses, and protects information collected through clumehealth.com. It covers data collected through the website itself, such as browsing activity, contact form submissions, and account information. It is separate from clinical or protected health information, which is covered by OpenLoop's Notice of Privacy Practices at openloophealth.com/notice-of-privacy-practices. Clume Health's site links to that page for HIPAA matters, the same way the telehealth consent link does.
Scope of this Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the public facing clumehealth.com website operated by North Atelier LLC, doing business as Clume Health. It does not apply to any protected health information or any information collected while a user is a patient or seeking treatment. Clinical and patient privacy practices are governed separately by OpenLoop's Notice of Privacy Practices, linked at openloophealth.com/notice-of-privacy-practices.

Data sharing and disclosure
Personal data may be shared with subsidiaries and affiliates, contractors and service providers (including OpenLoop and the pharmacy partners listed in the Terms of Use), successors in the event of a merger or acquisition, and other parties as needed to fulfill the purpose for which the data was provided. Data may also be disclosed where required by law, court order, or government request.
SMS opt in information is not shared with third parties, other than vendors who help deliver text messages. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The website may use cookies and similar technologies such as web beacons to recognize users, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. Users can decline cookies through their browser settings, though this may limit some site functionality.
